The Crane Resort

The staff were very quick to respond to the issues with the air conditioning and the room safe. They had portable A/C units to use until the main system was repaired. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and professional, and the front desk and concierge staff were very quick to help address any issue.

The Oistens Fish Market was disappointing. I would not recommend it unless you just want someplace to go drink outside of the resort. It was very loud and not a good place for families. Everything is a drive to get to from the Crane, so plan for additional taxi services if you want to do anything other than the beach. There were no reservations available at any of the on resort restaurants our first day so we ended waiting for oven an hour to get a table to eat dinner and then at least another hour for our food. I also received emails claiming to be from the resort that included reservation and personal details in an attempt to get credit card info which could have only been obtained from access to booking.com or through the Crane Resort so be careful when you book if you receive emails from either location claiming to need additional credit card info.

The resort is beautiful. and the rooms were great. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Restaurant reservations availability is horrible for the size of the resort and the distance from other restaurants. With no availability, we had to order room service and it took 3 hours! The food was expensive and arrived cold! The resort needs more or larger restaurants. The food at most of the restaurants was disappointing and expensive. Restaurants need to be open longer hours to allow guests dining options. Drink service at the bar and pool took roughly 45 minutes to an hour to get a drink. Frozen drinks arrived mostly melted at the pool. Need larger frying pans, make kitchen towels available, more paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags in rooms.

Beautiful property with stunning views. Beautiful beach. Great restaurants. Friendly staff clean and safe.

The hotel failed to get my last name thru the Expedia reservation. Led to 30 minute delay checking in. However - hats off to the desk clerk who pressed on to find the problem. Lack of hot water for showers. AC unit did not work in MBR. Batteries dead in fan controller in living room, Door off track in MBR.

Beautiful resort.

Grounds and rooms were gorgeous. Our original room had a small water leak so we were upgraded to a larger waterfront room. Wonderful staff. Easy to book dinner reservations on and off site. Very easy to book offsite activities. Fantastic vacation.

The Crane is a magical place❤️ So much beauty every corner you turn, from the palm trees to the gorgeous flowers to the most beautiful sea views. The pool are also so beautiful and so many options. This is our second stay and every detail was taken care of. We left the property to do a few excursions but if you wanted to stay on property there is more than enough to keep you occupied. The spa was also perfect,Alyssa was amazing! We had the best cab drivers, one who took extra care and very reasonable was Kirk Holder 12462872813. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. We stayed in 5133 and the views were gorgeous sea views. Beautiful resort, we will be back!

Great beach, extraordinary staff. Nice pools, good options for dining. They did advertise a whirlpool that was not functional.
