Lombard street is a place where the crime rate is rather low and it is safer among the most areas nearby.

The breakfast should be called as snacks instead of breakfast. The shower bath is old. And I found blood on my quilt and pillow. I don’t know whether it is due to that English is not my mother language, the hotel staffs thinks that housekeeping services should only offer to those who lives five days or more? Location for work, clean, and quiet. Good vibe in the common space.

I stayed in a private room with my toddler and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The room was unsafe and uncomfortable: I found a needle in the room, the air conditioning was not working properly, and there was loud noise late at night and early in the morning, so we could not sleep. Because of these conditions, I had to book another hotel for the second night, even though I had already paid for this reservation. The accommodation did not refund me for the unused night. When I spoke to the front desk, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. This stay was not suitable or safe for a family with a small child. Finding a needle in a room where a toddler is staying is a serious safety issue, not just an inconvenience

La ubicación es buena, se puede ir caminando al Boulevard y la zona comercial. También está en una avenida donde pasa transporte público. Hay restaurantes y minimarkets cerca también.

Lo único es que si planeas estar más de 3 días, el desayuno se te hará monótono.

The location is great and its a pretty clean place. I enjoy my stay. There was a frige in the room so we went to the supermarket and grab some food for the week and we kept it cool.

The breakfast ended too early
