The in-room dining options are very limited.

Great property overall but didn’t like the smell of the hand/ body wash or lotion. The room size is great

The W is always a great and enjoyable time! Luxurious and accommodating. Although we would have loved to see the lobby bar open more often, we stayed Friday-Monday and saw it open only once.

Nice plce to staycay.

Check in experience worst ever. We had 2 rooms and one room was not ready at 8:30 PM local time and they were on different floors 8th and 27th not even accessible with same elevator. I gave a call hotel ahead and front desk said yes we will give you adjoining rooms. But no recollection of that convo or any empathy towards a family with young children.

Nice suites, clean rooms. Good view. Smoke free and nice gym.

I stayed for 2 days from 6/19-6/21.The process to check in and out was great using the digital app. Housekeeping responded in a timely manner. AC worked in the room and the tub was huge. Only issue I had was access to the Sky Lounge. The elevators by my room when I pressed 64th floor didnt work and I was left going floor by floor so by the time I got back to the Lobby to try the direct access elevator the front desk refused to let me up because it was 11:34 and they said after 11:30 they dont let anybody up. I told them I was stuck on the other elevator they told me to use that didnt work. They refused and I was unable to check out the Sky Lounge before my flight the next morning.

We stayed two different weekends. Both times they were very short staffed at the front desk and the two separate times we checked in the scanning to get one’s key card never worked. We had to wait for help after many frustrating times. The first weekend we were there we did not get our room till 5:45pm. We checked in at 11:00 am knowing it would be till 3:00 for check in time.. but 5:45 was ridiculous and the man at the front desk was very rude and said well you get your room from 3:00 to 6:00pm No where was that on any web site or info. If we hadn’t made reservations for the next weekend and they were not refundable we would not of come back.
