Inn at Rockaway San Francisco Pacifica

I love that the property is minutes away from the beach. The view was spectacular. In addition, I am appreciative of how the staff changed our room to a waterfront view on the spot being it was a special occasion for me and my husband. The staff was very friendly.

The room definately had an ocean view

This is in a sketchy part of town. There is a motor lodge directly in front of this hotel that looks like a drug area. The rooms are open to the hallway, which didn't meet my standard of security, especially in a questionable part of town. The room stank of bleach to cover the black mold. I believe your 8.2 rating on this hotel is misleading, at the least. I use Booking.com frequently, and I know an 8.2 rating, which is fine for my taste. However, this hotel was a 5 at best. The photos of the hotel and rooms are not how they are in reality. There was a bed and a chair in the room. I did not stay at this hotel and did receive my money back. The person at the front desk was very accommodating. I will have to question your rating system after my experience at this hotel.

The location was great and allowed dogs. Nicely remodeled bathroom.

The room was very cramped. A little less furniture might be better. Only one elevator. No screen on windows.
