One specific lady working on 19.04 in reception light hair tied in a pony, was specifically rude, should have a refresh course of basic manners and customer service training. I mentioned to her that it was my first time staying in an apartment where we were asked to take out trash ourselves, which we did everyday and on the last day apart from 1 bag as me and my friend had full hands already filled with big luggage strollers with 2 small babies, which I did mention to her that we left behind and I can go back up if its an issue. But to the part where I mentioned the trash taking out, I first asked why is it like this and that its our first time were met with something like this, she responded with "you pay little so thats what you get". First of all, there were many other HOTELS that were in same price but we just liked the view of this place so thats why we chose it not because of the price. And secondly, thats definately NOT something you say to guests.. There were ants in hallways and in the room (have pictures and videos) Rooms outdated, apart from the bathroom that was ok. But bedrooms could be better, cleaner. Floor tiles were broken in room. Kitchen utensils like the frying pan definately saw better days. Saw a cockroach on the floor near the lifts on floor 4. Not really much going on in the evenings. There is a "pub" that isn't even open, we wanted to go there to get something to drink as all supermarkets were already closed, and we had no coins for the drinks Vending machines and as they said the pub was only open for breakfast time, so we couldn't get any drinks. We ended up going to the pub that was all the way down the big hill leading to the hotel. The area where you have to take the trash out is not even on the hotel premises.... have to walk down the main street to the bins. The "duvet" provided was dirty. Which clearly shows they aren't washed everytime guests leave.

Good for the price paid 👍🏼 Breakfast included! Sea is within walking distance. Parking available for extra fee

Rather small apartment but OK for 2 people for 1 night. We were 4 so it was a bit tight. Quite outdated. Otherwise fine)
