please see full reports which i gave to hotel -----------30th may 2026 --------Appreciation of service report's in short staff members were courteous willing to to assist welcoming atmosphere while my previous stay at the hotel was somewhat questionable regarding one team member waiting staff last year,i gave the hotel a second chance --------------

SALACIOUS GOSSIP AND SCANDALOUS CHATTER about myself which was most unbecoming from one waitress last year 2025 ---------however it all started up again this year ----------------from the same women in the restaurant -----------for the sake of harmony with in the team this needs to be addressed ---respecting the guests,no abusive behaviour harassment which can cause stress.L understand the language of spain i was shocked an very disappointed,in her behaviour of mocking me an getting a laugh from another person's expense ------------------Even the last day checking out i tried to get just one coffee because i was entitled an the restaurant was open to early leavers before 8am but i was informed no -------however as you can read on my hotel information it states iam entitled i did ask two nights before they said it would be ok .

Odličan doručak, lokacija veoma pristojna 7-8 minuta pešačenja do plaže ili centra mesta. Osoblje ljubazno, sve čisto i uredno, pohvala za bazen. Plaže prostrane, uređene, bez gužve. Sve preporuke za ovaj hotel.

Sve je bilo odlično.

Hôtel président très Propre, personnel très agréable et sympathique. Hôtel proche de toutes commodités. La nourriture est très bonne et variée. Chambre grande pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Train à 20mn à pied de l'hôtel pour se rendre à Barcelone et toutes les 45mn environ. Parking voiture 11 euros par nuit et surveille et un endroit pour la lavée gratuitement. Nous avons Tout Aimé

Bardzo pomocny personel. Bez problemu można porozumieć się w języku angielskim, a nawet w języku polskim. W pokoju i łazience czysto. W restauracji duży wybór jedzenia - dla każdego coś się znajdzie. Jedzenie w większości smaczne. Ostatniego dnia wyjeżdżaliśmy rano, więc otrzymaliśmy opcję wczesnego śniadania.

Niedostatecznie wygłuszone pokoje. Było słychać dźwięki z korytarza, z sąsiednich pokoi i z zewnątrz.
