Too far from the main part of Cairns

The bedding was dirty. The bathroom was filthy and the garden areas were unkempt and full of cigarette butts. The pool water was so chlorinated it made our eyes hurt without going under. Not a good option for accommodation.

We were with in-laws and the apartment setup was perfect for kitchen/living room chats before and after activities. The main bathroom seemed remodeled and quite good. The management informed me of a drainage issue in the shower before going in and scheduled to be fixed the next day. Issue was quite minor to me and it was fixed the next day.

Cleanliness was acceptable except for the rug in the living room which might need better cleaning even with stains. If that was fully cleaned even with stain, it would add good value to the living room look/usage.

Everything was perfect. The amenities were fantastic just a little outdated

Wifi in my room was very poor and mostly nonexistent 😤

The only thing good about this property was its Indonesian restaurant

The rooms were nothing like what was shown in pictures on the website. The beds were creaking, the plumbing was old. The blinds were faulty which meant there was light entering our room from the corridor outside all night. The room service was next to zero. They only came to clean the room and that too upon reminding. The room cleaning was also just making the bed. No value for money. With a little bit more, I would have might as well stayed at Novotel with a world of a difference in experience. Definitely not coming back.
