Valley Inn Shakopee

The bed was comfortable. Location good.

The room was very hot, old ac took forever to cool it down. Price compared to other properties with better amenities was not good. No pool. Limited coffee. No microwave.

The property and room were very clean. Very friendly staff! Would stay there again if in the area

The A/C wasn't on when we arrived and it took several hours to cool down.

I ended up leaving and getting a refund. The rooms were disgusting. Stained sheets, dried liquid covered nightstand, there was dried vomit on the bed skirt, the floor was covered in dust, hair, toe nails and food remains. I left immediately. The desk clerk was very nice though

The room was pretty neat and clean. There was no small coffee maker in the room, but the manager/owner did provide coffee in their small lobby. When got back to the room after dining at a wonderful nearby restaurant (Dangerfield's), the key didn't work so had to go back down to have it reset. (The same thing happened when went down for morning coffee.) But overall an adequate hotel.

Good priced basic hotel near canterbury Park. It’s clean, quiet, and close enough to be convenient to Canterbury without being in the busy, congested area right off the highway.
