Very dirty rooms, Also downstairs in lobby staff was Very unwelcoming and rude would not even get up her chair to come talk to me through the bulletproof glass first thing I say when I walked in. I will never stay here again or any of my family and friends to stay. Not recommended.

need major upgrade.. mold by bathroom tub!!!!! bathroom door would not close.... help was outstanding!!!!! phone did not work!!!!! short on bath towels......

No towels and cleaning the rooms didn’t have towels and wash clothes

When I entered the bathroom to take a shower, there was feces in the tub and also a live cockroach on the floor.

Woke up to roaches on the floor around midnight and proceeded to pack my things and check out immediately

The young man at the front desk was wonderful. Its says recently remodeled that i didn't see. Had our room on the 4th floor it was very dirty. They really need to get rid of their housekeeping and hire new. You get less than what you pay for.

I have stayed at hundreds of different hotels- not all of them good. This one, hands-down, BY FAR, is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Cockroaches, human feces smeared all walls, holes/stains on sheets, obvious dirt/debri/garbage on floor and in corners, toliet did not flush, horrendous smells and odors, ect. I do not know how the hotel has not been shut down by the health department. What is even more disgusting … is the amount of money you pay to stay there because nothing else is around. The owners / operators of this hotel should be fined and jailed. Absolutely disgusting and not fit for humans.

Checkin was nice. He let us in early. Got one of the 2 worst rooms in the hotel. Clerk knew our room as soon as I gave our name. Obviously they have a few rooms set aside for third party reservations.

We left 5 min after we checked in. The air conditioner wasn’t workin and he said the maintain e guy wasn’t available. So we just left
