Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Sehr schönes Hotel im bergischen Almhütten Flair. Alles sauber, genug Handtücher vorhanden Zimmerservice nur auf Wunsch. Sonst kann man sich jederzeit Handtücher, Klopapier etc. an der Rezeption holen Waschmaschine + Trockner vorhanden und gegen kleine Gebühr nutzbar Personal freundlich und nett Sehr zentral gelegen Viele Restaurants in der Nähe

Great location and hotel with a bit of character in Mammoth. Over the road were plenty of shops and eating places in Mammoth village. Easy parking, nice little swimming pool and friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable. Very good value for a summer stay.

There is building works next door which started about 7am, beside the swimming pool. This was quite noisy but finished by 6pm. We were aware of this when booking.
