Aonang Paradise Resort

a nice place to stay, but they let themselves down with just little things which dont make sense eg. no irons in the rooms / all meals served in the bar, by the time they arrive food cold / could only charge to the room from the bar, could not pay cash. meal portions small stayed 4 years ago, i think it was better then !

I stayed here for 4 nights during the 'low' season in May 2014. I will summarise my experience here - great and helpful staff, most of my itinerary was recommended and booked with their help. Even bike rental was done through them and was all competitively priced and safer compared to going out to source on your own. Rooms were satisfactory, comfortable and clean enough. They clean and tidy the room well every day. There were encounters of mosquitoes in the room itself, and lots of ants outside the room, but they all weren't much of an issue. The place is a 10+min walk down to Ao Nang beach. Highly recommend renting a scooter to commute! Overall a great experience.

We loved our stay at Aonang Paradise Resort. It's a great central location about 20 minutes away from the airport, with lots of great food and little shops around. We were able to go do all our Krabi activities with very minimal travelling. Friendly staff - very accommodating with our requests for additional towels and pillows. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel is near to the Aonang beach, however the resort is rather old. Staff are not very friendly, room services and additional request for pillow etc not available after 10pm as room service is closed. The room we stayed was flooded with water due to air con leak but house keeping was not available to help till 9am. Breakfast very limited and the staff were rather rude when we asked more info about the eggs that was served upon request.

The staff at the resort were extremely helpful. The rooms were well laid out and away from the loud street- you could barely tell it was even there! The pool bar service was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone. The only thing to beware of, is that they do not have black out curtains, so it was VERY bright early every day.

Good value hotel with a great view from the pool. The rooms were comfortable and the setting relaxing. Good breakfast offering, too. Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly those on the front desk. Easy walk down to the beach. Would stay there again.

I liked the individual bungalows concept rather than hotel rooms.This small resort is quiet, it is just 50 yards off the main street, yet it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and has lots of restaurants in very close proximity. Service is very good and buffet breakfast has lots of very good options. The staff in charge of breakfast is very attentive to the clients needs and wonderfully welcoming. The pool is rather small but it offers a spectacular view of the karst cliffs. We stayed 9 nights and everything worked out very well.

Near to beach and shops...aircon not working very well though

Disappointing...service was bad..pool was small..breakfast had no variety and didnt taste good at all..

We have travelled to Thailand 4 times and stayed in 5star hotels, I can honestly say that the staff at Aonang paradise Resort are the best we have encountered. We found the hotel to be clean, dinner was excellent and the price was the same as some of the outside restaurants. The 5star extras weren't there but the extras weren't needed. Cannot fault this hotel at all and this complaining about it being basic in areas need to consider the price they paid. Excellent value for money, if we ever visit Krabi again would definitely stay here
