TUI BLUE The Passage Samui Pool Villas with Private Beach Resort

The room size.

The low tide in the morning till afternoon, you can't swim in the sea at all. The seats reserved for the rooms near the pool are ridiculous and no other guests can use them, most of the time are empty. The smoking tablets are next to the non-smoking in the restaurant are the nightmare for non-smokers. How can the hotel allow this and no one mentioned at all? In the morning, the wind blows the smoke, smell and the ash from the cigarette into the restaurant because the front row is a smoking zone... this is unacceptable and I will never even consider revisiting this hotel again.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Rooms were clean and well kept. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. I am a solo traveler and they went above and beyond to make my stay stress free from booking airport transfers, excursions, private city tour, suggestions on things to see and do. Spa was exceptional as well! Everyone from housekeeping , bar, restaurant, and especially the ladies at the front desk were amazing. I will definitely stay here again!

Lovely quiet resort in north west Samui coast. Close enough to north coast by motorcycle but still secluded feel. Fantastic free yoga classes from excellent teacher. A free 30 minute Thai massage from excellent therapist.

Restaurant is soulless and could have been designed much better

L’emplacement ! Il situé du côté de l’île où il n’ya pas grand chose mais c’est très bien si vous cherchez du calme

Very nice resort and very friendly staff, especially Smile the barkeep lived up to his name! Very good food and drinks.

The AC in the bungalow was very loud compared to other hotels we stayed at. Food was on the pricey side.
