"Comfortable Stay and a Good Location"

Another good stay at the Courtyard in Schaumburg. Our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Plenty of parking. A bit tricky to find as it is set back off the road and surrounded by other hotels and restaurants, but this also helps to keep the noise level from traffic down. Also, not too far off of I-90 or I-290.

I had plenty of work to do, so I decided to get something to eat at the hotel. Hector was behind the bar and did a great job of taking care of everyone that was there. Great service and pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Nice going, Hector!!

Found a large spot of blood on bathroom floor. Reported to front desk and received apology and was told it was not their normal standard of cleanliness. Was not offered a different room, no one came to clean. Poorly trained staff.

The staff was very friendly. From front desk staff especially Naz, the server/Bartender Hector and our driver Dick. They were all so welcoming. I would highly recommend this place
