What breakfast? Paid $11 for two cups of horrible coffee. Never will stay there again horrible

Could have a pool to at least set outside. Food was horrible husband had a burger and I had chicken enchiladas which the lady recommended I threw it away! 😡

The location to hospital. It did not smell stuffy or old.

There was no counter space in bathroom. Mold on shower floor.

Staff were great to answer any questions patiently and directions to clinic. Each time I called the front desk, they were prompt to answer. When we needed something brought to the room or cleaned, they were prompt and courteous. Norman (if i remember his name) from housekeeping was very good, great!

To get a better price to help save due to medical issues, had to go to booking.com and check them out comparing to patient discount. However, it was worth it and we so enjoyed our stay. This does not count against the hotel. We preferred to be close without having to get into the car to drive, but it is connected to the hospital and easy walking. The garage access is outside and we did see homeless laying around, no one bothered us. Thank you

Staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Very close proximity to UAB hospital and the parking deck. Once parked, didn't have to move my vehicle the entire time we were at the hospital.

Conveniently located.

The outlets near the beds were loose and couldn’t be used.

Every person in the hotel, including guest, were so helpful and incredibly professional. The hospital and clinic connected to Wyndham were within walking distance which made it even better. I don't like driving in a big city that I'm not familiar with, so it was a perfect choice.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.
