Hotel Stoneham

Positif : - Service à la réception chaleureux et courtois. - Prix - Vu de la chambre sur les montagnes. - Possibilité pour notre chien de nous suivre. Négatif : - Tapis à la grandeur de l’hôtel très mal entretenue, brisé et taché. - La climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionnais pas. - Salle de bain datant d’une autre époque, bain brisé avec des trous. - Odeur désagréable causée par les tapis. - Insonorisation déficiente. - Télévision désuète. - Literie inconfortable et rugueuse. Bref, c’est un bel endroit avec énormément de potentiel, mais la chambre que nous avons eut fut franchement décevante. Pourtant l’hôtel se trouve dans un super de beau quartier et lieu touristique, dommage.

The design is a little dated, but still in good shape and well maintain. The view is awesome, so close to the slopes and the main chalet. Totally worth the price. We could hear the BRs working on slopes between 3 and 5am, so I suggest light sleepers to carry ear plugs. Only one out of three heard them tho.

Great location at the bottom of the slopes, short walk to the hill and the restaurants. Clean rooms, good size with a fridge and coffee machine. We had a great stay skiing over the new year.

Reception very helpful and kind. Location good

We were there for the first snowfall of the season! Not for skiing obviously, but given the fact that it's surprisingly close to Quebec City (under half an hour), it's a very nice place to stay if you're visiting the city outside ski season! And its surroundings are very beautiful.

It is a skier lodge, pretty bare-bones, clean, the room is large. The TV could be a little larger for example.
