This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The two receptionists at the front desk were extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We have traveled extensively and have never been treated this way anywhere in the world. Although parking is advertised as available, we were told upon arrival that there was no parking on-site and that we would have to pay €40 per night for a distant parking facility. When we asked about it, the staff responded in a very aggressive manner. The rooms were not clean, and the breakfast was so poor that we left almost immediately. The most shocking part was check-out: after leaving only 30 minutes late, we were threatened with being charged for an entire additional night, when we refused to pay, we were once again subjected to shouting and scolding from the same two receptionists at the front desk. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We will be reporting this matter to Booking.com. This experience was completely inconsistent with the warm and welcoming hospitality Italy is known for, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Punto di forza sicuramente la Posizione eccezionale,siamo in pieno centro vista piazza e mare,inoltre la vicinanza al porto per i traghetti è davvero molto comoda,come per i bus e taxi.

Un po' scomodo l'ingresso all'hotel che presenta una scala impegnativa da fare con bagagli,passeggino ecc..e Qualche accortezza in più nella pulizia e nei servizi servirebbe. Da noi non andava l'aria condizionata così come la luce principale della stanza e l'aspirazione del bagno. Detto ciò esperienza comunque molto positiva

The location was excellent. As soon as you cross the main road into town, the hotel was right there. There are many restaurants, gift shops and Gelato shops within a one minute walk of the hotel.

The shutter door on the balcony needs to be fixed, I had to take it off the hinge in order to close it back properly. There are about 30 steps up into the lobby, so you will want to consider that if you have a problem with steps and large luggage.

The view from the room.it was amazing 😍 I could see blue sky and sea.

It was noisy though there were double windows.
