Trudy was great!

I had a great stay from check in to check out.

There were a few positives. The towels were soft and the bathroom lighting was good. The staff was friendly and the fridge was clean. There were more negatives. The toilet did not work (would not flush), there were stains (blood?) on the curtains, hair in the shower, and there were shrew droppings on the stove, floor, and bed. At night, the shrews came out and were running around the room. The smell in the room was bad and I felt sick the next morning. By the time I was finished coaching and made it to the room at night it was too late to find another hotel. I did, however, leave and find a new one the next day.

The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. It was in a great location for our activities.

The temperature was an issue. We were up at 3:30am trying to cool the room down. The temp control was on the base heater on the other side of the bed

I was surprised with how big the room was! It even had a nice little kitchen and CUTLERY? PLUS PLATES!? AND BOWLS? lol 😂. I wasn’t expecting it to supply any of that but it was cool to see. Room felt very “homey.” Like a mix inbetween a hotel room and a typical living space. It’s nice! 👍

Sometimes there are periods where the hotel goes through renovations or changes to the building itself so it can be a bit noisy depending on where they are renovating. I have delivered doordash to this hotel before as well and a few times I have noticed signs of work being done so do be aware the hotel is currently having rooms being worked on during open hours. My room was near some of that and it wasn’t “too” noisy but sometimes you’ll hear a staple gun go off in the next room so do call ahead in case they have a room away from all that. Other than that, I highly recommend! Staff are wonderful! They seem alittle short staffed too so do be patient with them!

No way to check in. Got to hotel at 1 am. Could not check in ended up staying else where. I think they charged for the room anyway. That's hiway. robbery.

I liked the property. Nice and quiet. It had everything we need to use and pretty clean.

I only interacted with one staff member but she was professional and efficient. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was only there a night, but I could easily see a longer stay being very comfortable there. My one complaint was that my room was next to the outside door, and I could hear that door open and close throughout the evening.
