Hi, we have stayed here before. The location is stunning. The hotel is a great place to stay. We asked for a room on the backside for a view of the mountains and vineyards. It's a bit bigger a room as well. A couple personal preferences... I personally am not a fan of those European open showers myself, but it still gets the job done. Our room 215 could use a new matttress. My husband and I always say the staff never sleeps at a hotel so they don't know anything about the mattresses. One recommendation...to have decaf coffee as well. As a nutritionist, there are many people who love coffee but can't handle the amp but still want a cup of coffee. A fluke...We had a TV problem when we arrived after 12 midnight from Los Angeles and had to have them come figure out how to turn the TV off as it wouldn't shut off at 12:30 AM. We would stay here again as it is central to many destinations up in that region.

Staff very friendly. Very clean. Comfortable. The hotel emphasizes eco-friendly operations which is nice. Water pressure could be improved in shower. Also our shower was one of those standing ones (no tub) and there was some water leakage on gloor. Firmer pillows which i liked! Beautiful views. There was a wedding party on the property which was loud but ended promptly at 10pm; didnt bother us but including here for others (you can request a room that faces pool and that might be quieter if there is a party at the property )

We have been traveling for a few weeks and staying in a different hotel each night. This is the best room we’ve had. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had modern fixtures. Not only was this our nicest room, but also, it wasn’t the most expensive, so it was by far the best value. We would drive out of our way to stay here again, and strongly recommend it.

Wonderful staff and property. We relaxed by the pool, which is well-kept and was the perfect temperature. Our breakfast at the Geyserville Grille (for which we received a 10% discount card at check-in) was excellent. I definitely will return.

Comfortable room. Certain updating would help. Ie., bath sink (ugh), no shelf in bath for stuff. Bed pillows need updated.

The room was large and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The complimentary wine tasting on Friday was excellent. It's not far from some great places to eat in Geyserville, and, of course, it's in the middle of wine tasting country.
