Hotel Mont Blanc

We booked very last minute, the day before we travelled and the hotel were amazing at sorting everything out for us. They organised an amazing dog walker and ski guide, these together with the lovely staff at the hotel really made our stay. The bedrooms were beautiful, arranged around a little courtyard that the huskies loved playing in. They provided dog bowls and treats, and everyone was so dog friendly. Thankfully, there were some all day room service dishes; kids pasta, cheese board, etc. which were a life saver, as it meant we could feed hungry kids in the late afternoon/ early evening. The spa was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon/ evening, and have a swim. There was also a comfortable lounge with board games that the boys enjoyed. The location is perfect just a few steps from the ski lift, and right in the centre of Megeve. The only thing that wasn’t great was the ski rental shop the hotel recommended. It was crazy busy and took hours. However this was the first Sunday of the February half term, so the busiest day of the year. It isn’t normally like that. I would recommend the hotel recommends a quieter ski rental in town, away from the ski lift in busy periods. The only other thing that would have been great to have was French fries and chicken goujons on the room service menu for kids. We really had a lovely few days holiday at the Hotel Mont-Blanc and would love to go back

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mont Blanc Megève celebrating Christmas! This hotel is amazing and has the perfect location in Megève! Also very close to the ski lift. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good!

I recently booked two junior suites at this hotel to spend my birthday with family and one of our party tested positive with covid just before we were meant to leave so we had to cancel the trip. They kept half of the deposit and instead of allowing me to roll the deposit to another weekend when they are not fully booked they have been rude and extremely unhelpful in arranging to work something out. I emailed them and they have stopped responding which is not the correct way to interact with customers. I have stayed at the sister hotel Le Lodge Park and been a loyal client of this hotel chain but it is appalling for them to keep $3000 and not reply to my emails and have rude customer service on the phone when I did call.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly service. The hotel’s staff are working hard to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is delicious. Lounge and reception area is also very nice. Two rooms with connecting doors makes it very family friendly. We will definitely come back!

Very well located 4* hotel - just 10 m from main square of medieval part of Megeve and 50 m from main ski lift. Hotel,s staff is very friendly and supportive. Hotel’s restaurant - is one of the best in the town. In general- we are very pleased by staying. However there are some Cons: 1) sauna is cold - just 75C, even after 20 mins inside - one would not sweat. There is No normal shower in swimming pool, just cold for “after sauna” 2) no lunch in restaurant, just breakfast and dinner 3) breakfast is too modest for 4* hotel 4) toilet in our room was too cold, with no heating inside. 5) lighting in room is not well considered- it is very dark in shelves

Service was impeccable! Located in the heart of the town centre, about 80 meters from the ski gondola. Would stay here again.
