-The staff were accommodating and made communication easy. - The pool is the star of the show.

- First floor gives 5 star but the rooms definitely need updating. - WiFi and Tv were a hit or miss. - Breakfast was sub par. Hot heavy foods and little desirable. - A few insects in the room…

The hotel is a beautiful hotel

The staff aren't professional hospitality trained. As a guest I asked twice for someone to pick up my laundry and no one came. The waiters weren't very helpful. The buffet dinner was barely adequate. The hotel seems to spend most of its efforts to be the cool place for all the beautiful people in Bamako to come and to be seen, but they have forgotten the basic business model is to look after the paying guest. It was also very expensive. Sorry you simply need to do much better!!
