The numerous positive reviews praising the supposedly beautiful views and impeccable cleanliness raised our suspicions. The resort is located at the bottom of the village and offers no remarkable views whatsoever, which makes us wonder what those comments are actually referring to. The pools are poorly maintained and clearly in need of thorough cleaning. Our room was spacious, but furnished with outdated and mismatched furniture, giving the impression of a property that lacks investment and proper care. The restaurant prices are unjustifiably high, while the quality of service does not match the prices being charged. The staff clearly lacks basic training and professionalism. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Although the selection was decent, this was the first time we have ever encountered an additional charge for a simple omelet. Such a practice, combined with the lack of proper equipment to keep hot food warm, creates the impression that cost-cutting measures are being taken at the guests’ expense. Overall, the property fell far short of the expectations created by the many positive reviews. In our opinion, it does not offer good value for money, and we cannot recommend it.

Un posto bellissimo dove rilassarsi e rigenerarsi. Stanza pulita e letto comodissimo. Colazione buona e con ampia scelta. Torneremo sicuramente.

Vanaf het moment van aankomst tot vertrek zijn we volledig ontzorgd door het vriendelijke personeel. Het is een mooi en rustgevend landgoed. Je kan er heerlijk de hele dag relaxen aan het zwembad of in de wellness. Het is een kleinschalige accommodatie met als voordeel een eigen restaurant, waardoor je de hele dag drankjes kan halen en er kan lunchen en dineren. Ze hebben een uitgebreide wijnkaart en ze serveren ook wijntjes van eigen wijngaarden. De rosé vonden wij erg lekker, ook van eigen landgoed en vernoemd naar de dochter van de eigenaar. Wij hebben zowel in de deluxe kamer als in de junior suite geslapen, zeker de suite is erg aan te raden! Prachtige kamer met een zeer grote badkamer incl. bubbelbad. Het is gelegen op 5 min rijden vanaf Cortona. Dit stuk is erg steil dus lopen of fietsen is niet mogelijk, maar ze hebben een autoservice voor €20 per rit naar het centrum. Ook Arezzo en Montepulciano is prima aan te rijden en leuk om te bezoeken. Een wijnproeverij en tour bij wijngaarden Fabrizio Dionisio op slechts een paar minuten rijden is ook een aanrader om te doen tijdens het verblijf.

Il top il massaggio molto professionale. Una nota di elogio la colazione tantissime proposte buonissime la migliore colazione che abbia mai fatto. Lo staff attento e disponibile. Un profumo nell'aria molto buono. La Spa accogliente. La struttura e la camera al top.

Location rilassante, curata nel dettaglio con uno stile romantico. Spa meravigliosa, illimitata e inclusa nel prezzo della camera, con piscina riscaldata esterna ed esterna. Ristorante con prodotti scelti e di qualità, colazione abbondante e ricca. Esperienza personale meravigliosa

Alt und abgewohnt, renovierungsbedürftig. Pool nicht benutzbar, nur der am Spa der beheizt war, was bei der Wärme enttäuschend war. Wir waren enttäuscht, Zimmern dunkel. Unter Resort und Spa stellt man sich was anderes vor. Da helfen auch keine vermeintlichen Luxus Autos vor der Tür.
