"It was horrendously horrible"

We got bed bugs from this hotel

No phone in the room, pillowcase had yellow stains on them. There was nowhere to hang your clothes And not even a place to put your suitcase down plus the beds had bed bugs, no ironing boards, they said it was broken

Location, near downtown and good restaurant.

The staff was not always there, had to leave the room key in a hole at the office during checkout because had nobody from the staff in the office. Had things missing from my belongings.

"I only stayed two nights, but the lack of amenities was so inconvenient that I won't come back."

The bed was comfortable.

There is no breakfast. You basically get a bed and bathroom for an exorbitant amount of money. There was no closet to hang clothes, no coffee maker, no tea kettle, no hair blow dryer. Why did I pay so much for so little?
