The room was clean and comfortable

The website had the wrong address so we wound up in the mountains about 20 miles from the actual location and how to call twice to find out where it was located. The pool was closed but listed on the website as open which we were looking forward to. The website stated that there was a breakfast but there wasn’t only a breakfast bar and coffee. Later they added donuts but they were very old. We were informed that Wyndham decided to cancel breakfasts in the our hotels. In addition, the hotel restaurant and bar were also closed. In the evening the water and plumbing went out for about five hours due to a small fire down the highway. We were informed that we could go to the gas station to buy water to drink or brush teeth. The fire wasn’t their problem and they were sorry for the inconvenience but the response was not very supportive.

Double charged, once by booking.com then by the facility. Tried twice to contact manager for refund, she will not return calls or refund my overcharge. Staff states they see i was double charged.

Clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay for the night.

Breakfast was just a bit of fruit, nutrigrain bars, and coffee. Not much to actually eat. Pool was closed for repairs.

The location, ground floor room availability, fridge available, tv was fine, hair dryer, comfortable bed

Price, breakfast(apples and a granola bar—for the price we expected something better) long wait to check in, musty smell in hall and room, inadequate counter space in bathroom

Swimmingpool out of order and will never work. Information pool open is not correct.
