"Peccato per la camera "sauna""

Location molto bella e ristorante eccellente..complimenti al maitre che ci ha piacevolmente intrattenuto e "coccolati" tutta la sera. Complimenti anche allo chef, eccezionale.

Purtroppo abbiamo passato una notte in bianco a causa di un mal funzionamento dell'impianto di riscaldamento che ci ha fatto stare male. 26.5 gradi il 6 marzo in camera era insostenibile! Avrei apprezzato una gestione professionale del disagio segnalato sia prima di cena che durante la notte ma mi è stato risposto "apra la finestra". Peccato, sarebbe stata una recensione da 9 ma non posso ritenermi soddisfatta del trattamento ricevuto a fronte anche di una categoria 4 stelle da cui ci si aspetta decisamente si più.

Camera e servizi (ristorante, spa, massaggi). Molto interessante la visita guidata con la proprietaria della villa, consigliata.

Qualche locale della spa necessita di manutenzione (soffitti, fondo della piscina)
