Super visit. Great value. Breakfast was served on China and homemade by Dani who is a certified chef. We very much recommend this establishment

We attended a wedding nearby and luckily found this place. George and Dani were both very helpful on mapping our itinerary and making suggestions. Both were outgoing and professional. Breakfast was served on fine china and the food homemade by Dani as she is also a chef and owner of a local lunch eatery. The rom was small but clean and comfortable. Snacks and munchies were in the room and a nice addition. We highly recommend this establishment.

Inn was charming and well kept. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were lovely and comfortable. Innkeepers were warm and welcoming and had snacks and water waiting in the room. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of neighboring areas. Well taken care of facility. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sleeping area was quite comfortable with a private bathroom, tv and air conditioning. Nice easy walk to many places in the area. We were there for their festival and was only a few blocks walk.

We booked a 3-night stay for a family member's wedding in York. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 2 nights due to flight delays and torrential rain on what should have been our first night. George was very understanding and did not charge us for the night even though it was after 1 am before we finally gave up on trying to make it to the B&B. Our room (The Colonial) was spacious with a very nice size bathroom. Every thing was clean and well kept. The K-Cup maker in the hallway is a nice touch as is the snack basket in our room and the water bottles always available. The breakfast was excellent the morning we ate! Blueberry pancakes or apple cheddar quiche served with bacon, fruit salad and coffee. They even served the coffee in china! The home is very beautiful and the area is nice and quite. George and Danielle were both very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back every time we visit our family in this area.

I was in town for a workshop and I stayed overnight at the Red Lion. My first impression was great because the conference date changed, and George, the owner had no issues with changing my reservation. The B and B is easy to find, and it is on a quiet residential street. It has a small parking lot, and it appeared that there are some rooms that are not attached to the main house. I stayed on the second level in the main house. I was greeted upon arrival with professional courtesy. One thing of note, that I recall as I am writing this- I arrived with an overnight bag, a laptop case and a purse. All in all, not terribly heavy- just awkward for climbing the flight of stairs. In my experience, most B and B owners would have at least offered to assist. I can only chalk it up to an oversight- or maybe we are in the day and age where ladies can be easily offended if someone offers to help..... That being said, my room was spacious, clean, and cheerful. There was a gift basket of goodies, and a bowl of chocolates. That made a nice touch. The bathroom was not attached to the room per se, I had to exit my room and step into the hall. This did not bother me, but some people might be more comfortable not leaving their room to go to the bathroom. The next morning, I requested a simple coffee and fruit salad as I am on a diet. The owner looked a little disappointed, but he brought a nice fruit salad and we had a good chat. I can assure you that the breakfasts that I did notice looked delicious. All in all, a nice stay.

This is a great B&B in my home town. Great location, excellent service and fantastic breakfasts! We always enjoy staying at this quaint place.
