Sitting area where you have breakfast is nice.

Too far from pool, staff wasnt great, bed not comfortable, bathroom smelled, curtains didn’t shut well enough, ac unit was not strong enough.

The pictures do not reflect the actual views. No slippers or robes in the rooms. Blow drier is outdated looks like a tube with the hole. Most importantly the distance from the hotel to the beach at least 13 min but not 5 min as indicated on the website. The towel exchange can be done only in the hotel so you stay with one towel on the beach. Being hotel guest you can occupy for free only the third row of beach chairs. I had a bad experience withthe manager of the hotel Claudia Compere. Absolutely indifferent individual. I had two paid but unused nights , asked her for free brakfast she answered negetavely . Breakfast are low cost , lower than average with no assrtoment at all. 25 Euro per person , not worth it at all.

Super accueil dès l’arrivée, l’ensemble du personnel est très gentil et discret. Très belle suite vue sur mer, proche du restaurant et de la piscine. Très bon petit déjeuner au restaurant The Sud, cocktails et dîners avec serveurs très gentils. Un clin d’œil particulier à Kenza ! La piscine est magnifique et très agréable pour se détendre. Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier de baie orientale, au calme avec des restaurants et la plage à proximité. Circuits de footing au départ de l’hôtel, autour des lacs. Jolie terrasse. Les jardins sont très bien entretenus !

The security guy at night was very unfriendly and was too lazy to come out of his chair where he was hanging in. Please improve that!

La chambre est très spacieuse. Le lit est immense et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié. les produits sont de qualité. Le personnel est réactif auc quelques demandes. Quant à la localisation, Orient Bay, bien qu'excentré, fait partie des deux lieux animés de la partie française. C'est un petit village, avec commerces et restaurants à tout va.

Notre arrivée a été longue car les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes. Nous avons dû attendre 17h20 pour avoir les clés. Le check-in étant à 16h, ce n'était pas agréable (surtout que nous sommes arrivés à 15h10). Nous étions prêts à attendre jusqu'à 16h mais 17h20 ça a fait long, heureusement il y avait la piscine pour tenter de patienter de façon agréable.
