We stayed at this hotel for one night and our personal experience was fairly good for the time spent. As we arrived, the front desk greeted us and as we arrived early they could not check us in right away till 12 noon and its understood. However we decided to go have breakfast and we were recommended several places close by. excellent recommendations . Very helpful staff and obliging to say the least. The room we stayed in was very clean ,tidy and comfortable. The bathroom was okay but had a small issue with the base of the shower that spewed water probably due to a faulty valve that compromised the flow of water but despite that small issue, the hot water was pretty good. My only other wish would be that the room had a hot water kettle and coffee/Tea. The room was extremely quiet. atmosphere was good & clean linen and fresh towels and a few amenities. plenty of storage and a desk. overall no issues with staff who were very helpful throughout. wonderful location, close to many restaurants, historic churches and markets. very safe for walking any time. no issues but be mindful of your surroundings like anywhere on the planet.

Esperienza pessima, stanza singola (pagata quanto una doppia uso singola) minuscola, sporca, con perdite di acqua nel bagno, standard da al max 2 stelle. Ero in viaggio per lavoro ed ho dovuto lavorare seduta sul letto, perché sotto la mini scrivania c'era il frigorifero. Il personale quando ho chiesto una soluzione mi ha detto che non c'erano stanze disponibili, mentre l'assistenza booking li ha chiamati scoprendo che in realtà la disponibilità c'era aggiungendo un ulteriore costo. Aggiungo che sono certa che la stanza non ha le dimensioni previste per legge per una singola di un quattro stelle. Impossibile leggere a letto perché non ha pulsantiera per spegnere le luci centrali (ovviamente non c'era la luce comodino).

We booked a room in this hotel for its central location. Having 4 stars we expected a decent standard. The first day we checked in around 21.30. The room was quite old fashioned we didn't mind about that but the room was very dirty. Lot of dust everywhere and we found piles of hair under the bed. The blankets provided was very small and stinky -didn't have any blanket covers. We were very tired so we slept. The next day we reported the condition of the room and demanded cleaning. Reception said they will clean the room. Upon arrival we found the room in exact same condition-only towels was changed. On our checkout i wanted to talk to the manager. Man he was rude! He barely listened, insisted the room was cleaned properly, he said we are free to write any comments online and even yelled at us in Italian. After i read similar comments-many of them; i regretted so much reserving in this hotel so i reccomend you don't do the same mistake. This hotel either must be avoided or charge less than half they do now. I must add the breakfast was mediocre. Cold eggs, cold veggies, some pastry, that's it.

The hotel is barely a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very old and not cleaned properly. İ saw body hair in The bathroom. Very noisy street. Staff was exceptionally rude overall. Definitely not reccomended

Sauber, freundlich, ruhig. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.
