La posizione molto centrale ed anche gli arredi delle camere.

Purtroppo l'impianto idrico era pessimo, è stato impossibile fare la doccia lo scarico non funzionava, il miscelatore della vasca da bagno funzionava male con il rischio di ustionarsi per l'acqua troppo calda. Problemi anche con l'ascensore.
