Wat ons niet beviel: de links om te parkeren no funciona! We hebben 4 keer rondgereden zonder het hotel te vinden! Jullie direccion está muy mala!!! Geef de straat op en niet Apostolis 34! We hebben uiteindelijk geparkeerd o de parking tel par Glorieta en vandaar gelopen. Dan de receptie. Wel vriendelijk maar no inteligente. Niet lever. Kregen verkeerde kamer toegewezen. Sleutel werkte dus niet. Terug receptie andere sleutels; lieve schoonmaakster die ons hielp! Wilden sleutel van de kluis en kregen andere “ deur” sleutels. Gevolg; de echte kaart deur sleutels werkten ook niet meer. Al bij al 4 keer naar de receptie geweest met de enkele lift en uiteindelijk 6 kaart sleutels verder konden we eindelijk ons settelen in de kamer. De receptie mensen zijn aardig maar niet adequaat . Verwerken de klachten verkeerd. Zeer te vreden over schoonmaak personeel en de kamer. Nogmaals die wat met jullie links over de parking en geef de exacte straat waarin het hotel zich bevindt op.

Betere training receptie personeel wat te doen als klanten vragen hebben!

El hotel en si fenomenal sin ningún problema.

Nos dieron una habitación que daba a un bar de copas y cuando me queje me dijeron que a las 22:00 dejaban de hacer ruido y eso no ocurrió hasta las 05:00 de la madrugada. El problema era la gente que salía del bar de copas a fumar y hablar. Según me dicen tenían habitaciones libre que daban a la otra calle, no entiendo que sabiendo del problema no agoten esa opción y que te cobren 180€ solo alojamiento y sea imposible dormir y descansar. Con una doble ventana estaría medio resuelto
