From checking in to purchasing drinks at the bar all the staff were amazing, the food was exceptional with the hotel absolutely spot less

Don’t know where to start overall this was a scam and horrible experience. On the website it says ALL INCLUSIVE and u do have to pay extra for that so I did that. The day I arrived they told me I can only get 3 drinks at lunch time and 3 during dinner which wasn’t describe on the website when I was booking. They told me I can get drinks at the bar which they were charging me for. And the all inclusive was only when u were eating lunch and you couldn’t get what u wanted u were only allowed beer or wine. On top of that no room service and food was ONLY in certain hours open u were not allow to eat whenever u wanted to. My room smelled so bad I complained a million times they finally said they will change my room for additional cost which I don’t think was fair. No towels in the room tv was broken mold on the walls just disgusting and not worth any money. I have pictures and proof of this terrible hotel. Also when I was checking out I got charged for all the drinks I got which was supposed to be included and the food. Not fair. I did eat out and drink out of the hotel. I do request a refund this was horrible. And on top of that we had people walk with iPads telling us to put 5stats for everything for a free drink.

The reception staff especially Ivan were very efficient & congenial. Our first time here & enjoyed our stay immensely. Negatively, we had to attend reception 3 times before they were able to designate late checkout until 2 pm.

Average hotel with good cleaning. Rooms have paper thin walls so night sleep can be a challenge. However breakfast was nice but hectic.

Well organised hotel with entertainment and attentive staff. Food was generally a 6.5/10. Always fresh and good quality ingredients but the food never had the wow factor and sometimes a bit bland.

Best hotel ever!

Trevlig hotell som har bra frukost och middagbuffé. Fin pool och trevliga allmäna sällskapsrum. Rummen skulle kunna ha bättre bäddning med flera kuddar, samt bäddad säng med varmare täcken. Några saker som satt lösa i badrummet, så det skulle behöva ses över.

Fab hotel super clean x Large hotel with good facilities a throw from the beach. Breakfast is outstanding couldn’t fault the food. Air conditioning wasn’t great but okay. Rooms spacious and modern

Lovely hotel - clean, safe, plenty of pool chairs (end of June). But area a bit busy and touristy - prefer something more off main track But can’t fault hotel - it was just great!!
