The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa

Our room was lovely, other than the king being 2 singles pushed together. The property was pretty much empty, and several buildingsjust never cleaned for long time. Around the pool area was many spider webs and foilage. Was told the hotel stayed open through covid, but honestly looked like it was closed down for 2 years and never properly cleaned up since. The limited staff were mixed, some very pleasant and some not. We've stayed in 6 properties this vacation, and everything else has been a sharp contrast to this. Hopefully once they get busier, everything will be cleaned up top to bottom.

Like the hot & cold pool. Some units / blocks seems older & would be nice to be refurbish.

the hot springs resort was an absolutely phenomenal place to stay. We arrived in Phuket after many hours of travel and it was a perfect place to relax and recoup. Highly recommend staying one or two nights, and book a room with the pool view.

Tranquil settings with nice pools and gardens, the rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms seem to have been updated recently in comparison to the rest of the room. The TV is very old, but you're in Thailand, watch TV when you go home ;)

Booked 3 nights. First night in a horror beachfront room. Hallway had urine smell. Shower head is extremely old- scary look and poor water pressure we skipped showering that day. The Thai decor is unique but dated, very dark, uncomfortable. Doors have holes, tv is 40 years old bad quality pictures. Since it’s close to beach (that we cannot play as expected) it’s far from hotspring pools. Tight space, not enough for extra bed. The lower rating is especially front desk we checkined and didn’t try to help us fix the problem. We figured out ourself once we saw a new building for 2nd, 3rd night, Once we moved, everything is great. Brand new room with wonderful design, even have a couch which they should offered at the beginning so my brother doesn’t have to leave after dropping us off. The staff is either stupid or really bad at her job. There’s no manager around the resort where we can talk to. Requested but the manager was inconvenient to speak with me and had never got back to me during whole 4 days. Those new rooms should be given out at the beginning not until we are so fed up with everything. Too late for good reviews even though it’s a good hotspring facility. Quick note Khun Dusit, owner- take a look at your dated rooms, #609 for example, would you pay for that yucky crap?

Ett mycket bra Hotel för de som söker lugn och ro. Ett Hotel som är ”slitet” men ändå väldigt bra. Vi bodde i de nya rummen och de var väldigt bra. Hade problem med toaletten (att det kom upp avföring från ”ledningen”) och de åtgärdade det. En dag saknade vi vatten i kranarna och det fixade de under tiden vi var på stranden. Fint och vackert poolområde även om det har några ”år på nacken”. Det är röd flagg på stranden för att det blirvädlugt djup snabbt och där är kraftiga strömmar. Vi gick 1 km söder ut och där var gul flagga och där badade vi. Det var i stort sett inga turister på stranden och vi trodde inte att dessa orörda stränder fanns kvar i Thailand. Maten och drycken var i dyr i Thailänska mått, men där vi badade fanns en restaurang på stranden som var betydligt billigare. Frukosten var mycket bra! Vi kan verkligen tänka oss att bo på detta Hotel igen.

Joli hôtel par contre manque d'entretien pour les extérieurs et les toilettes du fitness. Une tasse à café dans notre chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée à notre arrivée. WiFi pas top mauvaise connection dans les chambres du nouveau building.

Nice resort, friendly staff and beautiful room. We got both hot and cold pool in the villa.

The hotel needs to improve the quality and variety of breakfast. The fitness center equipments are very old and need maintenance.

The cost in the restaurant are about double for other locations. A massage is 900 baht. Other location have it for between 250 and 350 Bahts. Charged for water for the minibar that was what was listed on the mini bar cost sheet. No swimming was allow at the beach. Not sure if the same all of the time or just because three people drowned the week before. No information in the rooms.
