Hôtel du Tramway

A very clean and well quipt hotel situated in a love location just walking distance from Laon cathedral. AC in rooms.The staff is lovely and very friendly. We'd definitely come back to this hotel again.

Bonjour, Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à l'hôtel du Tramway de Laon. Nous remercions l'équipe de l'hôtel pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous avons pu obtenir une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduire, compte tenu que nous sommes dans cette situation. Un grand merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the help with our motorhome parking. Room’s were clean and ideal for our stopover. The area is okay, a lot of kebab shops instead of restaurants, but we found a good local restaurant up by the cathedral. Location was great - right at the bottom of the stairs to hike to the old town.

We had a warm welcome to this hotel and despite an initial worry about its location, found it quiet at night. The rooms are clean and attractive - all we needed for a night’s stay. It’s a climb up to the lovely old town but well worth it . We would stay here again.

A comfortable, modern hotel. Large comfortable bed, nice white linen & towels. Very friendly, efficient & helpful staff. Central location close to restaurants. A lovely old city.

A perfect one night stay. Immaculately clean and a short (uphill!) walk up to Cathedral, old town and restaurants. Excellent garage and 6.30am breakfast if an early start is needed. Cannot fault anything - thank you very much 🙏

Personnel très sympathique, chambre propre et relativement bien insonorisée. Parking sécurisé et payant à l'arrière de l'hôtel.

L'accueil a été très chaleureux, la chambre est impeccable et très propre. Le petit déjeuner copieux.

Easy to find. Not impressive from the outside but recently refurbished, new shower and generally in very good condition. Helpful receptionist who also provided a good breakfast. Perfectly suitable for a one or two night stop. Parking in front of hotel, paid for from 09:00 but that wouldn't matter for one night with an early-ish start. Fast food joint down stairs so youngsters hanging around but they were no problem and the car was safe. A drive from the medieval town - otherwise a very stiff walk up steep steps.

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est chaleureux et efficace et la réceptionniste super sympa est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont très propres et il ne manque rien (sèche cheveux, oreiller supplémentaire dans le placard, insonorisation, plateau avec bouilloire, thé ou café, ascenseur, code wifi et bon petit déjeuner.
