L’emplacement idéal pour pouvoir se balader dans le centre de Biarritz, tout en étant au calme Un accueil du personnel exceptionnel. Sincèrement nous avons même eu la chance d’être surclassé. Merci encore

Хотелось бы воду в закрытых фирменных бутылках. Была налитая в многоразовые бутылки.

Stanza spaziosa e confortevole

Newly refurbished rooms, Seaside-Resort style, quite fitting to Biarritz. Location of the hotel is excellent

Quite disappointed with the staff. Especially with the one guy at the front desk, he was not helpful, unfriendly, could not care less. Our friend was sick and we asked if we could have at least 1 room a bit earlier than the 3pm check in time, which he declined. So she had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours while being sick. Nice welcome! No flexibility, no going above and beyond. We had to ask for bathroom towels 3 days in a row, the cleaning lady always "forgot" to provide some. It is the small things like this that matter, and the staff in general were not enthusiastic about their jobs.
