We dealt with bed bugs in the first room. The mattress covers were tattered and not zipped. It was just not the best place but the staff was remotely friendly

Bathroom didnt work and didnt have the room i booked

the shower did not work. the electric sockets were loose or broken. the bed covers were stained. the floor was dirty. the check in person could not tell me if the pool was open or not. we did not use it, as it was green. the breakfast that was offered was the worst I have seen. you needed 2 hands to open the door; it stuck that bad.

Cable has been out for two days and the staff can only say they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed and have given several different excuses and when I inquired about it again I was told that I could go somewhere else and stay

Breakfast that was included was less than mediocre

The pool water looked disgusting, bad enough that we didn't want to get sick swimming in it. Ruined my anniversary as all we wanted was a peaceful night away and to go swimming. Someone on our floor cooked fish and stank the whole place up, i almost vomited the smell was so bad. And they refused to refund our second night but we were NOT staying another minute. Beds we uncomfortable and non smoking room had definitely been smoked in before. Horrible.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom could use a deep clean. Easy access from the highway. Did not eat "free" breakfast as it was just two options of cold cereal and toast.
