Excellent customer services. The property was well situated between the beach and other venues west of the property. The Expedia ad needs to be updated to not show breakfast availability. BREAKFAST IS NOT AVAILABLE!

"Perfect"

Excellent! Wonderful staff, both desk and cleaning. A quiet resort, with easy access to dining and entertainment options. Baht buses either end of the street. I will always stay here when I go to Pattaya. Only negative is wifi that drops in and out.

"Shower problem"

My Room wasn't well prepared, Had problem with the shower, No water, I had to ask, TV wasn't working, I had to ask over 3 time and I had to call hotel.com before the issue was resoled, which too over 24 hours before it was fixed. The drainage was blocked in the shower, Complain for 3 days , before I was given another room. The new room was perfect

Very convenient to beach and Beach Road activities, but at the same time very quiet and tranquil. The gentleman who serves as evening/night manager was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. He is an invaluable asset to the staff. Lord willing and I am able to return I will definitely stay Paradise Land Resort and recommend to others. Cordially, Richard White

"Excellent"

It’s in a great area, close to Pattaya beach and the walking street. But the internet is not the greatest. I would definitely come back again in the future.
