Adiwana Bisma is located in one of the most ideal spots in Ubud, right in the heart of the city. The view from the hotel’s pool is absolutely stunning, allowing you to truly feel the spirit of Ubud. Everything you might need—markets, cafes, currency exchange offices, bike rentals, etc.—is within easy reach. The breakfasts were very diverse and delicious. However, what truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional care and attention from the staff. They handle every matter with great dedication. We traveled as a family, and all the staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our son. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer wurden mehrmals am Tag gereinigt bzw. Die Minibar (welche in Preis inkludiert war, Sofa und Softdrinks) wurde mehrmals aufgefüllt. Nach Wunsch wurde die Bettwäsche und dir Handtücher gewechselt. Das Fitnessstudio hat alles was man benötigt und man kann im klimatisierten Dachgeschoss ein gutes Workout machen. Das Frühstück ist a la Carte und sehr umfangreich, man kann aus verschiedenen Speisen wählen, die aber alle hervorragend geschmeckt haben.

Keine Stühle im Zimmer. Wir mussten einmal den Zimmerservice in Anspruch nehmen und dann war es ein wenig schwierig zu essen, da es der Tag der Stille war und draußen durfte man kein Licht anmachen.
