Great experience. Especially for anyone traveling with an EVA, I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were immaculate, pool was a good temperature. Overall wonderful

"Incompetent, with lack of desire to undo the terrible experience."

Not much!

Terrible checking in time. We need a room last minute. Front desk said the rate. Computer couldn't figure out how to book because it was midnight. Had to book through a 3rd party at front desk. Paid 197.00 for a room that should have been at most 132.00... the last at desk for checking out was rude. To little too late, wouldn't recommend them to anyone honestly. And we travel pleanty.
