We checked in and the lady at the front was super nice. Got to the room and the room had a not so pleasant smell the chair at the desk had stains as well as the couch the beds wasn’t so bad the sheets was clean. The outlets in the room some worked and some our chargers fell out of kinda unsafe. Room was not like pictures online!

Nothing

No hot water to shower warm water in the sink,stains on comforters ,room smells musty,front desk workers not speaking English,phone was not hooked up had wrong room number on it we asked the it day we were there for light bulb to be put in never was done this is our second time we have had problems with this hotel .This was our last time stay here no good service

The location and staff

The disrepair of the pool, tiles are missing. The carpets are filthy. The room felt wet and floors slippery.

Very comfortable room, and king size bed. Breakfast was great. Shopping and dining within walking distance. A little far from inter state Rt 10 but worth the ride.
