Property was clean

I didn’t like that I was told I had to pay 25 dollars extra for late check out of an hour difference. Like I’m all for it being a business but that is insane. I still received alerts about 11 am check outs and all that. I ended up still checking out before 12. So essentially it was a waste. I’ve never had a hotel tell me this is a rule and or a charge. Other than that it was a very nice place from the staff to the room

The location. The room was also cheaper than what was advertised on the website.

The room was very small, there was no decor in the room. You could tell that the floors had not been cleaned properly. You could see dirt in the corners, even in the hallway.. The siding on the wall near the floor had come off.

The room was nice loved the shower. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast was nice the staff did a good job of keeping it filled and clean

The beds were comfortable but the frame was squeaky and the toilet moved when u sat down. Was disappointed that there was not a spa/hot tub in the pool area but has it in the description on web site.

Close proximity,comfortable bed appeared to be clean..

Room was very cramped,felt closed in.The location of the room ground level was very noisy, kids running up and down the hallway all night..
