Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä. Huoneessa ilmeni ongelma aamulla suihkun jälkeen. Lattiakaivo ei vetänyt. Kun lähdimme kaupungille ilmoitin asiasta respaan. Takaisin tultuamme asia oli jo hoidettu ja siivoojat olivat viimeistelemässä pesuhuoneen siivousta. Seuraavana aamuna respan virkailija pahoitteli asiaa ja tarjosi meille kuohuviinit.

Loistava aamupala, valmistettiin tilauksesta. Mahtava henkilökunta ja palvelu. Todella siisti huone, sisäpihan puolella. Sijainti täydellinen Vanhassakaupungissa.

Hotellin sisäpiha oli menossa remonttiin, joten vähän sotkuista. Mutta remontin jälkeen varmasti aivan ihana paikka terasseineen.

This is a lovely, welcoming hotel. Helga at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. The owner let me leave my luggage in the closet behind the desk before check-in and then again after I left. This is a lovely old building just steps away from the main square in the old town. Highly recommended!
