Le Vele Resort

Clayton and the entire staff at the resort were all very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to solve the issues that arose during our visit. The location was fabulous and the resort was quiet.

This is a very quiet condo complex that’s been kept up well. There’s no restaurant so one has to walk to neighboring restaurants or Saltmills which is a 5 minute walk. Right on Grace Bay with incredible views. Loved that there was never a fight to get a seat & umbrella.

Le Vele is more like a condo complex than a resort. They have a pool and rooms, but no bar or restaurant. It is small and comfortable - and nice for what it is, but we selected it because of the description of being a boutique resort. There is a front desk and they can answer a few basis questions, but they are not like a true concierge either. The rooms are comfortable. Very basic. No overhead light - so you can't read in bed or at night. They do have nightstands with lamps, but the room is pretty dark otherwise. The description said they have washers and dryers in the rooms, but ours did not. Overall, it's great as along as you understand what you are getting. It is not at all like a resort with any of the amenities. Their beach area small, but hardly anyone was there - so we thought it was great.
