Americas Best Value Inn - Rome

Bed sheets appeared to be clean but the carpet really needs to be replaced!!!! The desk clerk told us that there would be coffee & danish available from 6-9 am, but when we went to the lobby at 7 am, it was locked & no one one was there. Friendly staff but the rooms really need updating.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very nice and easy to work with.

There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised as having breakfast when I booked. There was a homeless man and his dog creeping around the property who followed me in when I was checking in, trying to get me to pay for a room for him. He was singing old religious songs and said his dog was an attack dog for emotional support because I was stealing from him. Made me a little nervous.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We requested hangers and an iron (they were not in our room) and the staff brought them to our room immediately. This hotel is a basic traveler hotel, but was perfect for our stay and close to family. Breakfast was "to go" (fruit, nutrition bar, and banana bread), but that fit our schedule. It is located right next to a Circle K and is on a main highway. We would stay here again.

The people had an excellent attention so kind and polite we arrive almost at midnight and the support was excellent , the hotel was so clean and comfortable

Its was cool, gas station next door, and very quiet rooms.

The bed was not comfortable at all!! (I understand there is no place like home but, that bed was like sleeping on plywood !!)
