It was clean.

Dated. Fresh paint doesn't fix everything. No decor. Nothing matched. Very "road" noisey. Web site needs updating. Expected breakfast, but was no longer available. Attendant was very difficult to understand

The room was a good value for a king size room. The bed was not all that comfortable. One thing we thought was odd, there was no hair dryer in the room.

The owners were extremely welcoming, the facility was clean, my bed was very comfortable. Overall I had a great stay will definitely come back.

Bathroom is extremely small but other than that it was good.

I stayed at the America’s Best in Brunswick, GA and it was a great spot - and pet friendly. When I was booking again, I searched “Pet Friendly” hotels and your hotel was one of them. Given the great experience I had in Brunswick, I didn’t hesitate to book. Imagine my shock when I went to check in and was told Rome was a NO PET facility. I asked for a refund but was told it wasn’t possible as I had booked through Booking.com.

False advertising.
