"Disappointing, but with very accommodating staff."

We booked two nights for a quiet get away in the South of Italy. The region was lovely, but the hotel was not what we were hoping for. It was a resort hotel, and if you are travelling with children this would be a lovely place to stay, with lots for them to do and a very nice pool. We were in a room right next to some very loud entertainment that went on quite late into the night. The management were very accommodating, and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, this new room had a faulty air conditioning unit and the room door did not lock. Again the management were very accommodating, but it was an annoyance. When we arrived, we were instructed to go down to the pool area for a welcome drink. This was a very sweet, fruity drink (only about two mouthfuls) and unnecessary. Overall a disappointment for us.

"Kein Platz am Pool "

Leider sind alle Liegestühle am Pool besetzt und alle Leute nicht hier. Das ist sehr schade! Der Bademeister ist ein Polizist und nicht alle, aber wir, mussten eine Badekappe tragen. Die männlichen Italiener nicht. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet,

"Hôtel Club avec activités "

Beaucoup de chambres, de monde et d’activités bruyantes. Hôtel-club parfait si on recherche ce genre d’ambiance. A fuir si on veut du calme et du raffinement. Personnel très efficace, pro et très sympathique, surtout à l’accueil.
