There for a large event so it was convenient.

I called the hotel directly to add time to my stay and they gave my room away even though I called many times to confirm I was good even tried to pay in advance for it but they said no no your fine. So calling the hotel directly sucked and was a headache. They in the end did make it right and got me a room but it was a 2 hour pain.
