Exceptional staff

We had a pleasant stay…. But. The beds were super uncomfortable, the food was absolutely disgusting and the AC didn’t work in our room. Otherwise the location is amazing for the airport.

I stayed here for one night during my quick layover in between two flights. I have been wanting to visit Boeing Future of Flight for a long time, and the hotel is literally located next door. For someone who does not drive, it is convenient enough. Uber from Everett Airport to the hotel is quick and easy, and the next day, I have to switch my flight from Everett to LAX, and I was able to get car ride easily too. The hotel was your fairly typical Hilton Garden Inn, and the staffs were friendly. The room was very spacious, as I was upgraded to a suite. Everything was fairly standard. I was able to walk to the museum easily and it was fun to look at some planes coming in and out of Everett airport too. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Since Hilton has reduced the elite breakfast offering to a food and beverage credit, the restaurant's breakfast buffet is really bad. The staffs were kind but the offering was just poor. I will recommend the hotel just to scrap the buffet and offer an a la carte breakfast experience instead. But I guess they also can't do it with only one cook and one waiter/waitress. However, there are no restaurants/cafe within walking distance, so you are stuck here unless you order Uber Eats.

The location was adjacent to the Boeing plant tour site. In the morning, I could walk to the tour site.

I thought breakfast was included. Was given a bill after I had finished the breakfast buffet. I just charged it to my room.

The bed and pillows were amazing! I slept so well better than ive ever slept in a hotel. It would be nice to have received a military discount since I'm 80% disabled military and complementary breakfast. But the hotel, staff and stsy was really nice

The staff was wonderful, kind & helpful. The room was really nice & comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Their staff is stellar around the clock. The only bummer was the restaurant not being open on Saturday when there is nothing around close but not a big deal. The view I had facing the airport was awesome too!! I could watch planes land and takeoff while relaxing. The Future of Flight is a very close walk and well worth it!!
