Sunbreeze Hotel

The location could not be better. It is located across the street from one of the main air terminals and within walking distance of everything in town. Resort is on the water with a nice pool and great scenery. The resort is quiet and has spacious rooms that are well maintained. The staff is excellent. Although I found the diving to be below average for the Caribbean, the Ambergris dive operation on site was excellent. - safety minded, knowledgeable, friendly and with a concierge type of service. Their dive boat, too was excellent. No dive operation in the area could be any better. But, the restaurant. We found the service staff to be unfriendly to the point of rude. Although in a beautiful setting, the atmosphere was not good. Live music was so loud it hurt your ears and prohibited relaxed conversation. Even though this restaurant was only 200 - 300 feet from our rooms, we only ate there twice and left without eating on two other occasions. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby. We found the quality of food in San Pedro to be exceptionally good and perhaps the best part of our visit to the Island.

Much needed tropical vacay! Hotel was perfect in everyway. ( location, room, staff, food at blue water grill! ) Easy to get around. Mikayla set up golf carts, snorkeling & our sunset cruise! Very personable & will definitely come back. Goodbye for now San Pedro! PS. Excellent massage from Delmy too ❣️

My wife and I absolutely loved our time at SunBreeze hotel on San Pedro island in Belize. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The pool and view were amazing. The location right across the street from the airport was so convenient. The room was clean and classy. The beds were a delight. Can’t say enough good things about SunBreeze!!

The Sunbreeze location was perfect for our activities. Snorkeling and fishing opportunities were available right out front or a 5 minute walk away. The atmosphere of Sunbreeze is VERY friendly and laid back. Staff seem to go out of their way to be of help. Everyone has a big smile on their face and they make an attempt to get to know you. It is like family and really fun. The rooms and entire building is VERY clean. There is adequate storage space and a room safe. The rain shower is wonderful. There is a double lock on the door for added safety. The value is worth while. There is an on-site restaurant which is very good. It would be great if Sunbreeze were all inclusive. The Sunbreeze is generally pretty quiet. The downside is it is close to the airport and you do get small plane noise throughout the day. I didn't find it annoying and most of the time I got used to it. Overall, I highly recommend the Sunbreeze.

Another great stay at the Sun Breeze Hotel. Great location since it is right across the street from the Tropic Terminal in San Pedro. On the beach and very short walk to downtown. The hotel bar and restaurant is great, so there is no need to leave the hotel really. We stay here each year for a few days prior to our annual flats fishing trip. I have already started to plan both trips for 2027.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of the Sun Breeze Hotel for our 8 day stay. The grounds are beautiful, staff over the top, rooms are large and very comfortable and everything is close by. The pool was amazing with the Blue Water Grill attached. We had some windy days, but sitting in the courtyard you wouldn't know it was windy. Can't say enough about the staff! Rooms are cleaned daily and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Bonus, right across the street from the airport or a short walk to the water taxi.

We really enjoyed our stay at SeaBreeze. Lovely grounds and pool. Food and service at the restaurant were both wonderful. Location is very convenient to the airport and to many shops and restaurants, Can’t say enough about the front desk staff and manager. They very efficiently handled everything requested from golf cart rental to booking snorkel trip excursions. There is a retaining wall at the seaside so don’t expect to swim in front of the hotel but that is the case at almost all San Pedro hotels and resorts.

Clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and furniture, beautiful scenery and Michala Chubbs "I think she's the manager" does everything within her power to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. If I come back to San Pedro again I will be starting here. Plus the have a great dive shop rite on site with a quick 8 minute boat ride to the local reef.

This place was centrally located to everything needed and we could walk to a lot of restaurants which was great! The employees were beyond nice!
