"Very poor service by Hotels.com!"

Hotels.com booked me into an oversold hotel, I was denied a room. Hotels.com is arguing with me about a full refund. I am extremely upset with this lack of responsibility on the part of Hotels.com!

It was a typical 3 star hotel. Not far from the fairgrounds. I booked a room with a kitchenette. It came with a sofa bed for additional guest. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. It was missing some type of protein (sausage, bacon, ham) to go with cheese omelets and waffles. I would stay there again. In the area ... Gas station/mini market next door. Burger King, Arby's, Starbucks and Grocery Outlet across the street. Local hospital 1/4 of a mile away. Easy access to highway.
