Upon arrival the lady that spoke English was very nice and helpful. Good price but at what cost😬

Our room was low standard, the king bed was metal frame and springs poked out so uncomfortable, I turned down the thin bedspread and there was black hair on my sheets!!! Yuk!! I asked for clean sheets and a blanket! We were one of two rooms rented and they got upset about finding a blanket that was sticky old torn fabric I have pictures it’s disgusting 🤢!!! The new sheets had black hair as well!!! We had to ask for 🧼 soap. Ridiculous! Never never never again!!!
