Price and location. Only about 30 minutes from Bandung railway station with taxi/rented car. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The AC in most of the rooms were not cool enough. Hot water in the shower is not consistent. Suddenly it went off in the middle of rinsing so we're left with cold water. The common area/living room where a group can all sit down together in the villa is small.

The house had character and was very nice. The pool was big and good for swimming.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, even more of the showers at the pool.
